Application
The membrane is for use in external wall applications such as cavity barriers which require a DPC separation layer where they abut masonry. The membrane can also be used in other applications such as the separation of dis-similar metals and between SFS track and concrete. The Cortex 0100FR has not been tested as a DPC or cavity tray within brickwork.
Description
OBEX CORTEX 0100FR DPC Membrane is a revolutionary Class B fire classified cavity barrier DPC membrane suited to the most demanding applications.
This unique DPC/DPM membrane boasts a number of qualities. First and foremost it achieves an industry first, minimum fire classification of Class B-s3, d0. It is highly durable, 100% resistant to water penetration, easy to use and conforms with EN 14909. The 0100FR is installed using the Cortex 0771FR Class B paste adhesive for a complete system.
