In-duct high-pressure spray adiabatic humidifier and evaporative cooling.

Features and benefits:

• Water pump and RO treatment station removes minerals from the supply water and pressurizes it directly to the nozzle grid.

• Stainless steel, water lubricated high-pressure pump (oil-free), provides water at approximately 70 bar.
• Valve block provides up to 15 stages of output for +/-4% RH control.
• Stainless steel, atomizing nozzle grid to provide accurate humidity control.
• Droplet separator removes unevaporated water droplets from the air stream.
• Droplet separator drain.
• Humidification section drain.
• A ±4% RH control accuracy can be delivered with up yo 15 stages of output across the nozzle grid.
• This master/slave configuration can be used in a wide range of applications, where up to 1,300 kg/hr of humidification is required.
