DOLLE Alufix Concertina Loft Ladder is a space saving scissor ladder with board which can easily be installed into an existing Loft hatch with dimensions from 500 x 600 mm. The high-quality extruded aluminium alloy ladder section is extremely easy to operate and benefits from a tested load of up to 150 kg. The ladder incorporates deep and wide non-slip treads (80mm x 340mm) and comes with a spring-controlled suspension system to keep the ladder in its stored position (when not in use).

The loft attachment is manufactured from plywood and can be moved with little effort. The ladder can be installed onto a wall instead of into the loft hatch itself. The Alu-Fix is available in three standard sizes to suit a floor to lower mounting height up to 3000 mm.
