Conservation Rooflight
Available in different profiles to suit your roof type.
Not recommend for marine environments within five miles of the coast.
The Clement Conservation Rooflight is a reproduction of a Victorian original and is regularly specified by Architects and Conservation Officers for Listed Buildings and heritage projects due to its good looks and great performance.
Clement offers a deeper profile of rooflight which is
designed specifically for a tile or wider roof type. This profile allows
the rooflight to be installed easily so that it lies flush with any roofline to
achieve a perfect finish that is in keeping with the character of the property.
The rooflight is available in seven standard top hung sizes and
also as a side hung escape rooflight, all painted in RAL 9005 Deep Black
(matt). Top hung escape rooflights are also available as a bespoke
option.
Suitable for roof pitches between 20-70°.
Typically fitted with insulated, self-cleaning glass units,
argon gas filled, with integral weather stripping, achieving unbeatable thermal
performance.
Made to EN ISO 9001 standards, the range has been rigorously
tested against air, wind and rain to BS6375 achieving
an A+ Window Energy Rating.
Bespoke rooflights are also available.
