Classic Sliding Pocket Door System - Double Fire-Rated

Top-hung, manually operated double sliding pocket door system for use with FD30 rated fire doors. The system consists of a galvanized steel pocket door frame and high-density, fire-resisting hardwood jambs and architraves. The system also comes supplied with all the necessary intumescent strips required for installation.

• Pocket and track assemble together and are inserted into the stud work as a complete unit which helps to ensure the door will run true and in line.
• Door slides into the pocket in the wall.
• Wide range of sizes to suit standard UK door sizes.
• Door panels up to 100 kg (note: self-closing device maximum is 40 kg).
• Suitable for use with 44 mm FD30 fire doors (not included, please see Field of Application Report PAR/10057/01 Revision E for list of suitable door panels).
• System comes with specially designed jamb/ architrave kit made from a high-density slow burning hardwood.
• Channels routed out in jambs to accept Flexodice 15x2mm intumescent seals (supplied). leading edge of door panel have to be prepared to accept Interdens 10x2mm intumescent seals (supplied).
• For use with two layers of 12.5 mm fireboard on both sides of the pocket (not supplied).
• Maintenance-free track and runners.
• Fully adjustable front and rear door stops.
• Self-centring floor guide with anti-warp profile.
