Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Hygiene Coating is a water-based satin gloss 2K polyurethane for a very durable and colour fast finish on metal or wood.
Application
Remove grease, oil and all other surface contamination using alkaline or high pressure (steam) cleaning in combination with appropriate detergents. Sand previous coatings that are in good condition to remove gloss and to roughen the surface slightly. Assure that the previous coating is compatible with the Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Hygiene Coating by making a test application. Remove bad adhering coatings by scraping, wire brushing or sanding. (Spot) prime. The surface must be clean and dry during application.
Add activator gradually to base material and mix with a mechanical mixing device. Do not dilute during the pot-life. Do not use after 2 hours. Do not store residue of mixed product in a closed can.

Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Hygiene Coating is a water-based satin gloss 2K polyurethane for a very durable and colour fast finish on metal or wood. This product is suitable for application onto wood unlike standard epoxy systems.
Best uses:
Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Hygiene Coating is intended for application on substrates which are coated with existing paints or primers. Ideal for doors, stairs, furniture, and as a topcoat for epoxy and acrylic systems as a hygienic coating. Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Hygiene Coating assures appropriate protection against solvents, moderate alkalines, weak acids and chemical cleaning. Especially recommended where general urethane performance like excellent weather resistance (UV), easy cleaning and abrasion resistance is required.
