Door hardware for large wooden centre folding walls without a bottom guide channel, for panel weights up to 80 kg.

Features and benefits:

• Quick assembly.
• Panel width: 500–900 mm.
• Suitable for door panel thickness of 35–57 mm.
• Left and right-handed configurations, as well as inwards or outwards-opening installations can all be achieved using the same components.
• Light and quiet running.
• A pivot bearing secures the first panel in the set. The other panels line up with the stainless steel hinges that bring the panels closer together and minimize the panel stacking space required.
• Attached to every other panel is a folding (pivot) door catch with an integrated, individually adjustable retainer, to hold the centre fold wall flush when closed without operating a locking mechanism.
• A communicating pivot door can be added to the panel stack, or the opposing end, consult manufacturer for details.
• Has mid-point panel suspension, which means that the installation does not require a bottom guide channel.
• Hollow cross-section seal strips eliminate the problem of light penetrating through gaps between panels.
• Choice of locking configurations available.
• Vertical adjustment (±3 mm).

Installation and design:

• One-sided installations, filling an aperture up to 6000 mm width are possible using the one-panel basic sets, supplementary and pivot door sets (or double this figure for two-sided installations).
