Trapdoor:

• Insulated trapdoor (U-value: 0.90 W/m²K).

• Airtight (Class 4 certified).

• White coating on front and back.

• Ready fixed snap lock to trapdoor.

Wooden folding ladder:

• Three-part folding ladder.

• Treads 360 mm wide x 80 mm deep with non-slip profile.

Hatch box:

• Constructed from 18 mm thick blockboard.

• Casing height: 190 mm.

• The three-part folding ladder does not require any operating space in the loft because the ladder parts remain within the hatch frame.
