The Double Leaf (NSHEV) UDF-50REM Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilator is fitted with solid, insulated covers and electric actuation for remote opening and closing.
The kerb is 305 mm in height with integral capflashing, 50 mm polyisocyanurate insulation with a U-value of 0.47 W/m²K, fully-welded at corners, and 114 mm mounting flange with 11 mm holes provided for securing frame to the roof deck.

Maximum live load
Covers reinforced to support a minimum live load of 195 kg/m².

Two 24VDC, battery backed linear actuators per cover (four actuators total) capable of opening the cover to the fire open position of 90º within 60 s and be capable of closing the covers.
Heavy pintle hinges provided. Curb mounted junction box (2 no.) with terminal blocks enclosed for power cable connection.
