A tongue and groove panel manufactured using the celuka extrusion process, with a solid topcoat combined with a cellular core in one operation.
The panels are suitable for a range of indoor applications including:
Rigid, opaque flat building material comprising a homogenous foam core with an integral skin of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The panels are self supporting and so need less adhesive than the traditional thin rigid sheets and are flush jointed tongue and groove, removing the need for joint trims. The boards can be applied directly to difficult, uneven surfaces. Panels are designed for interior wall finishes where a hygienic, easy to clean surface is required but are also fully UV-stabilized and can be used externally. Quick and easy to install, panels are white with or without antimicrobial protection.
