A stylish architectural cantilevered aluminium canopy that is covered with 4 mm solid polycarbonate roof panels.
Application
Fits perfectly with architectural and modern buildings. Suitable for use as a contemporary canopy to entrances of offices and apartments. Can be used as a walkway canopy within hospitals, schools, shops and leisure environments. The Beck is a cantilevered canopy works in areas where posts are not suitable.
Description
Stylish entrance/ walkway canopy with a smooth, mono pitch design and slight pitch angle to allow for water drainage though the integral guttering. It features an unlimited length and a maximum projection of 1.5 m.
The product is fixed to the building with contemporary stainless steel tie rods that are encased within aluminium tubes for added strength and durability. This canopy also benefits from trendy perforated stainless steel brackets beneath the roof bars.
Weather resistance:
During the manufacture of the polycarbonate panels, a layer of UV absorber is co-extruded on both sides which forms a barrier, providing high UV protection from the sun.
Load resistance:
Certified by TÜV for loads up to 170 daN/m² and did not record any signs of any permanent damages or breakage.
Fire performance:
The clear (standard) polycarbonate roof panels adhere to the UK fire rating BS 476-7 Class 1Y. All polycarbonate colours (excluding Opal) have passed the European fire rating BS EN 13501-1 B-s2,d0.
