Foil Air And Vapour Control Layer (AVCL).
This product is suitable as an air and vapour control layer for installation over certain existing roof systems and deck substrates including profiled metal and plywood. Application of Bauder SA Bonding Primer, or Bauder Activator-Primer is essential in a fully adhered build up.
KSD Foil is not suitable to be used as an AVCL on a new concrete deck or a recently exposed existing concrete deck.
A self-adhesive elastomeric bitumen air and vapour control layer with an aluminium foil facing for vapour impermeability. The product will require the use of a Bauder Self Adhesive primer, please check with Bauder Technical Department for product details.
Only to be used as part of a full Bauder Single Ply Waterproofing System.
