Standard product features | Primer: Contact Bauder to confirm substrate suitability if required. Underlayer: - Bauder G4E: A 4 mm, heavy-duty, torch-applied elastomeric bitumen underlayer with a strong woven glass reinforcement to provide an extremely high tensile strength.

Product Options | Capping sheet: - K5E: Torch-applied, heavy-duty, elastomeric bitumen, mica-finished capping sheet, 5 mm thick. Features a spun-bound polyester reinforcement to allow the finished product to cope with structural movement without fracture. Its mica finish means that it has no integrated UV protection, therefore is only suitable for applications where it will be covered with hard landscaping such as pavers or promenade tiles.
- K5K: Torch-applied, heavy-duty elastomeric bitumen; mineral-finished capping sheet, 5.2 mm thick. Features a spun-bound polyester reinforcement to allow the finished product to cope with structural movement without fracture, and a mineral finish to provide protection against UV degradation. Expandable graphite fire-retardant is also incorporated to reduce spread of flame, and the product is available in a choice of three colours.

Accessories: - Bauder GRP Trim: GRP roof edge trim for use with Bauder bituminous roof systems. Available in colours of either grey or black, and a choice of profiles to suit the requirements of most projects. - Bauder Aluminium Termination Bar: Natural finish aluminium alternative to a lead counterflashing for use at upstand details to give protection to the top edge of the waterproofing. It should be restricted to use on upstands where a chase cannot be cut into the wall. - Bauder GRP Termination Bar: Black glass reinforced plastic (GRP) alternative to a lead counterflashing for use at upstand details to give protection to the top edge of the waterproofing. It should be restricted to use on upstands where a chase cannot be cut into the wall. - Bauder lightning conductors: Lightning conductor clips are a specially designed secure clip that allows for movement.
- Bauder insulated rainwater outlets: For maintaining thermal continuity at drainage points. Suitable for warm, cold and inverted roof construction, the high thermal value of the rigid foam body prevents condensation from forming on the underside of the outlet. Designed for use when connecting to conventional drainage systems, with excellent flow rate performance and is suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects. Outlets are included in the Bauder waterproofing system guarantee as they are integrated components. Flow rate figures (where applicable) are based on BS EN 12056:3:2000, typically taken using a 35 mm header of water including leaf grille:
- Bauder LiquiFIBRE Detailing Kit: Fast curing waterproofing resin containing fibre reinforcement that can be used for detailing awkward shapes or inaccessible areas where using LiquiDETAIL is impractical. PMMA-based resin that requires a catalyst and is solvent, isocyanate and halogen free. - Bauder LiquiDETAIL: Cold liquid applied fast curing waterproofing resin that can be used on upstands and details. PMMA-based resin that requires the addition of catalyst to trigger curing and is solvent, isocyanate and halogen free. - Bauder rooflights/ glazing/ ventilation: All these glazing products are fully compatible with the roof waterproofing systems.
