Application
The hold-opens can be linked to a fire alarm system to close automatically in case of emergency, preventing the spread of smoke through the building.
Description
While Direct Current (DC) power is applied, these devices hold the door open to permit free passage. When triggered, they release, allowing the door to shut.
The product is supplied with 838-3 armature plate, which is morticed into the door and engages the magnetic hold open.
