ARDEX A 38 is used to produce bonded, unbonded and floating screeds for internal and external locations, including wet areas such as swimming pools. It can also be used for large repairs to existing cement/ sand screeds. It is ideal for situations where early foot traffic and rapid hardening is required.
A special cement for producing a rapid setting, hardening and drying floor screed. Can be used to produce a bonded screed, an unbonded floor screed laid onto a membrane, or a floating floor screed laid onto a compressive quilt/ insulating material.

Compressive strength - 28 days
In lightly loaded/domestic locations.
Tile after just four hours, regardless of thickness. Install carpet, wood and vinyl floorcoverings after 48 hours.
