Description
Acoustic, plain shank, Type 3 frame cramp with 8 x 30 mm fixing slot, used for connecting the leaves of a cavity wall and surface fixing to a range of materials.

- Minimizes the transfer of airborne noise and vibration through the pre-compressed, acoustic isolation element.
- High structural performance.
- Available in lengths to suit cavities from 50–175 mm long.
- Low dynamic stiffness value, ensuring high resistance to noise transfer.
- CE marked, and manufactured in accordance with BS EN 845.
- Classified as Type A according to Approved Document E.
- Offers Type 3 wall tie performance to PD 6697 at a standard tie spacing of 2.5 ties per m².
- Fixing slot: 8 x 30 mm.
- Dynamic stiffness: 2.15 MN/m³ (all Type A ties must have a dynamic stiffness of less than 4.8 MN/m³).
