Application

  • For abutting to carpet and carpet tiles, to finish the nose edge of stairs.
  • Can be rebated to sit flush in wooden steps.
  • Interior use (exterior use with selected infills).
  • Very heavy interior foot traffic situations such as in hotels, pubs, clubs, cafes, shops, schools, commercial offices and apartment buildings.
  • Also available as 90° AN51

Description

Raked back aluminium stair nosing with optional concealed fixings suitable for carpet, carpet tiles and resilient flooring.


When used for a broadloom installation, the ANE nap detail is suitable for use on the back edge of the nosing.


For resilient flooring, the ANRE25 ramp detail is suitable for the back edge of the nosing.


Features and benefits:

  • Available in a range of finishes: Mill, Polished, Satin, Black Anodised, Designer Collection Bronze and Light Bronze.
  • A wide variety of coloured polyvinyl chloride (PVC) infill options, to offer suitable light reflectance values (LRV) contrasts to the floor covering installed.
  • PVC infills are available in smooth textured PVC, or CAT Castellated PVC for greater slip resistance value (SRV).
  • Solid aluminium castellated inserts are available in mill, satin, polished and black anodised aluminium finishes, where a solid aluminium looking nosing is required with concealed fixings. Also available in the Designer Collection light bronze and bronze.
  • Also available with carborundum inserts for use in very high traffic or exterior areas.
