As waterproofing of non-used flat and pitched roofs.

Description

Bitumen compatible EVA-roofing membrane system, with effective homogeneous sealing thicknesses (1.2 mm / 1.5 mm) and polyester fleece-backing, produced in different colours. Meets the requirements EN 13956.

WF Profile 'WF'.

Guidance for specification option:

WF Profile 'WF' upstand termination profile to be formed from 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet laminated/ coated with membrane material. Installation: Secure profile to structure with fasteners recommended by membrane manufacturer at maximum 300 mm C/cs. Dress membrane onto profile to overlap fasteners by a minimum of 50 mm and weld materials together

Eva-Metal Water Check Profile.

Guidance for specification option:

Eva-Metal Water Check Profile Water check edge profile to be formed from 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet laminated/coated with membrane material. Installation: Secure profile to structure with fasteners recommended by membrane manufacturer at maximum 200 mm C/cs.

ICB Fascia/Soffit Fascia.

Guidance for specification option:

ICB Fascia/Soffit Fascia profile to be formed from aluminium sheet. Installation: Secure profile to structure with fasteners recommended by membrane manufacturer at maximum 200 mm C/cs. Profile shape and dimensions to be advised.

FPA Profile 'FPA'.

Guidance for specification option:

FPA Profile 'FPA' upstand profile manufactured from coated aluminium material. Membrane to be fully bonded to upstand using manufacturers approved adhesives Installation: Secure membrane with profile to structure with fasteners recommended by membrane manufacturer at maximum 300 mm C/cs. Apply Manufacturers Approved acrylic sealant to top edge of profile.

Mechanical peelstop perimeter fixing.

Guidance for specification option:

Mechanical peelstop perimeter fixing Supply and install a galvanized steel continuous peel stop profile to base of all parapets, rooflights, AC ventilators and plant room roofs. Peel stop profile fixed at maximum 200 mm centres with approved fasteners and covered over with plain EVALON® membrane minimum 160 mm wide

Created on site using suitable code lead and following the relevant codes of practice.

Alwitra Standard Outlet.

Guidance for specification option:

Alwitra Standard Outlet Manufacturer: ALWITRA® Roofing Systems Ref: Standard Outlet with Vertical/Horizontal Spigot and Top Element Diameter: 100mm/ 125mm/ 75mm Outlet Body manufactured from polypropylene, with separate EVALON® connecting flange and complete with flat grating. Allow to supply and install outlet including all connections to down pipes, and to hot air weld connecting flange to main EVALON® field sheet.

Alwitra Standard SF Outlet.

Guidance for specification option:

Alwitra Standard SF Outlet Manufacturer: ALWITRA® Roofing Systems Ref: Standard SF Outlet with rigid PVC and flexible Evalon Flange Diameter: 50mm to 150mm Outlet Body manufactured from rigid PVC and flexible Evalon flange. Allow to supply and install outlet including all connections to down pipes, and to hot air weld connecting flange to main EVALON® field sheet.

EVA-metal Chute.

Guidance for specification option:

Eva Chute Manufacturer: ICB (Waterproofing) Ltd. Reference: EVA-metal Chute Size: to be advised Relieve substrate as necessary to provide falls required and to ensure that the lower chute flange is set flush with the surface of the main roof area, mechanically fix chute (minimum 2 fixings per flange) using ICB approved fasteners.

Overflow / rainwater outlets.

Walkway tiles - Size: 600 x 800 mm - Colour: Grey Fixing: Use 50 mm wide edge weld/bond: To Evalon field sheet: Use EvaTack to adhere to field sheet. Leave expansion gap of at least 50mm between each tile. Tiles to be laid in accordance with the manufacturer instructions.

Rubber matting for protection under plant.

Guidance for specification option:

Rubber matting for protection under plant Fixing: 6 mm Matting is to be loose laid and placed under plant. Ensuring no swarf or grit is on the membrane. Matting to be laid in accordance with the manufacturer's Instructions, and ICB (Waterproofing) installation instructions.

Syngreen tile mats.

Guidance for specification option:

ICB Syngreen tile mats are made up of recycled rubber granulate
