Description
Top hung aluminium window with an outward opening –roof glazing with two thermal insulation standards, outer frames of different heights and design options.
The Schüco AWS 57 RO (roof) window system can be used as a roof window almost anywhere, including in the building automation system. The easy-to-install system provides proven system reliability in sophisticated skylight constructions with the Schüco mullion and transom facades and Schüco add-on constructions as well as in combination with the Schüco CMC 50 conservatory system.
Features and benefits:
- High level of flexibility thanks to two different outer frame depths and two different thermal insulation standards.
- High level of weather tightness due to an additional centre gasket.
- Glass thicknesses of 26–48 mm can be installed, i.e. also suitable for special glazing and stepped glass.
- Concealed turn hinges (RC 2) increase burglar resistance.
- Opening angles of up to 90° are possible.
- It can be used for roofs pitches from 7° to 75°.
- Roof pitches < 7° or > 75° on request.
