Liquid applied maintenance coating for metal roof refurbishment.
Alumanation 301 is used for the refurbishment, rustproofing and weatherproofing of existing metal roof systems.
A premium grade, high solids, metallic pigmented, industrial maintenance coating formulated from specially processed asphaltic liquids, non-drying oils, a proprietary blend of natural and synthetic fibres that includes an aluminium pigment. The Alumanation 301 membrane offers efficient application and excellent solar reflectance properties.

System performance | Guidance for specification option: The Alumanation 301 system possess a variety of independently assessed accreditations for performance such as Factory Mutual compliance, Cool Roof Rating Council and a Broof(t4) fire rating under BS EN 13501-5:2016 fire classification of construction products and building elements. The Alumanation 301 system complies with the performance guidelines set out in relevant UK Building Regulations, BS 6229:2018 Flat roofs with continuously supported flexible waterproof coverings, and LRWA codes of practice. Alumanation 301 membranes also offer exceptional elongation and gap bridging properties that ensure long term durability. |

Horizontal work | Guidance for specification option: Prepare surfaces by removing all loose rusty materials or flaky coatings back to bare metal with a wire brush or by mechanical abrasion. Sweep surface clear of all debris and clean with warm soapy water. Ensure all surfaces to be treated are dry prior to application. |

Alumanation 301 is hand-applied in single coat with AlphaGuard PUMA 165g Reinforcement Fabric embedded locally across sheet laps and boltheads to provide additional strength. Alumanation 301 should be applied at a rate 0.8 L/m². |
