Description

Pre-applied multi-injectable hydrophilic waterstop. Unique non-bentonite passive and active waterstop system designed for the secure sealing of concrete construction joints. Comprises an injection tube with the added protection of an outer hydrophilic sleeve providing the advantages of both a pre-applied and post applied waterstop system.

  • Casting new concrete against existing concrete.
  • Floor slabs cast against diaphragm retaining walls, steel sheet piles and secant piled walls.
  • Joints between floor slabs and pile caps.
  • Remedial 'breaking out' of concrete.

Advantages:

- Hydrophilic waterstop:

  • Voumetric expansion (100% minimum) in cement water.
  • Contains no sodium bentonite and non-polluting to ground water.
  • No need for protective steel mesh.
  • Conformable, can be installed onto a variety of irregular substrates.

- Injection system:

  • Resists 5 bar (minimum) of hydrostatic pressure.
  • Low pressure injection system and injection socket inlets can be installed and easily accessed.
