Description

Access floor systems with bonded resilient finishes.

The panel comprises of a galvanized steel top and bottom sheet that is bonded to the core. A resilient covering is applied to the top and the panel is finished with an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) edge band.

The system is manufactured in an advanced energy-efficient manufacturing facility where 94% of the energy used is supplied from sustainable sources.

Features and benefits:

  • Tested in accordance with PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU for raised access floors.
  • All working loads perform to a three times safety factor. Performs to a safety factor of two for 11 kN load (FDEB_XH).
  • Fire classification to BS 476-6 and BS 476-7.
  • FSC® certified.
  • 25-year total system warranty.

Warranty only valid when a full Kingspan Access Floor system including panels and under structure is installed.

Product Options

Surface finish:

A wide variety of surface finishes can be bonded to the top surface of the panel including high pressure laminate (HPL), vinyl, rubber, linoleum and marmoleum. Consult manufacturer for details and insert requirements above.

Pedestals:

Steel pedestals are coated with an environmentally friendly clear passivation as standard.

Underfloor plenum:

The system can be supplied with neoprene gaskets to minimize air loss through the raised floor surface from the underfloor plenum to aid air circulation, distribution and management.
