Above Ground Grease Trap Systems

Aluline's above-ground grease traps are manufactured in Britain using high-grade 1.5 mm austenitic stainless steel (AISI 304). These traps are designed as air-sealed biohydro separators that utilise biological dosing to stop FOG (food, oil, and grease) from entering drainage systems, without the need for moving parts, mechanical skimming, or staff intervention.

These units support sustainable, at-source waste prevention strategies and are suitable for use in commercial kitchens, prep areas, and dishwashing zones.
