2 Hour Fire Rated Insulated Made to Measure Loft Hatch with Picture or Beaded Frame - Access Panel

Two-hour fire-rated and insulated loft hatch that will fit into any ceiling allowing the ability to gain access to a loft space.

Manufactured from Zintec steel with a 0.9 mm thick door. The panels door leaf is hinged by a pin hinge system.

The panel is insulated with with two layers of 40 mm thick Rockwool Insulation infill and comes complete with draught seals and secured with a budget lock.

A 25 mm-wide picture or beaded frame surround is provided for retrofit (other frame sizes available upon request). The panel is fixed into position by screwing through the side of the frame into your timber surround of the structural opening.

The panel is powder-coated RAL 9010 30% gloss. Other colours available upon request.
