Rectangular loft access door and frame with drop in and push up access operation for simple easy access through a ceiling into the loft space. Standard and higher insulated (U-value: 0.35 and 0.25 W/m²K) loft door range.

- Designed to fit between standard 38 mm thick trussed rafters or ceiling joists spaced at 600 mm centres.
- Provides a clear opening size of 526 x 626 mm (which satisfies NHBC requirements).
- Maintenance free - allows for painting if required.
- Anti-draught, vapour and condensation migration seal system.
- Tested and certified by BRE.
- Ideal for Part L applications.
- Truly clean design to blend with most surrounding decors.
- Simple two twist operated catches to secure the door panel and prevent uplift.
- Drop-in (and push up) door design is ideal for applications where floor space is premium.
