Integrated Coving - Technical Specification

Integrated Coving - Technical Specification

MIDDAS

MIDDAS integrated aluminium coving has been specifically developed to provide a curved, wipe-clean interface between our wall partition and ceiling systems that doesn't interfere with panel demountability. With MIDDAS flush coving for cleanrooms, individual wall panels can still be removed with the ceiling and coving in place, adding flexibility throughout the life of the facility. Extruded from aluminum and finished in white PPC to match the wall and ceiling finish, the MIDDAS two-part coving system provides a rigid, cleanable interface between cleanroom partitions and ceilings.

Integrated Dado Rail - Technical Specification

Integrated Dado Rail - Technical Specification

MIDDAS

MIDDAS flush integrated 3-compartment dado rail provides a flush, ledge-free channel for routing small power, data and process services (e.g., gasses). It is supplied with flush cover plates with factory-formed cut outs for service outlets. Our flush dado has been fully fire tested and offers a 60-minute rating within the M100 FR60 partition system, fitted back-to-back in each bi-panel face (staggered). The unique design allows the MIDDAS M100 partitions to be removed with the dado in place, ensuring full flexibility through the life of a facility.

MIDDAS

There are many challenges to designing functional interior spaces within commercial properties, not least adherence to strict building regulations and changing occupancy requirements. Architects and specifiers must navigate these changing needs and should design commercial interior spaces with flexibility in mind. One solution that reliably addresses this is demountable or relocatable partitioning, which can be dismantled and reconfigured to suit any change of requirements with maximum ease and minimal disruption. MIDDAS demountable steel partition systems for walls, ceilings and doors are ideal for creating flexible workspaces within a wide variety of commercial applications where the environment requires a robust performance specification.

MIDDAS Freestanding Structures Brochure

MIDDAS Freestanding Structures Brochure

MIDDAS

Modularised manufacturing offers the construction industry a new way to build structures sustainably, productively and efficiently. As part of the broader terms Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) or Smart Construction, it has many attractive benefits over traditional construction techniques. The biggest benefits can be realised through cost and time savings. Through modular offsite manufacturing, manufacturers can produce products that are designed efficiently with 3D modelling, quality controlled during manufacture and delivered to market at a much faster pace. MIDDAS have embraced this concept by developing a robust solution for fit out within existing buildings – our precision-engineered freestanding structures – as an ideal alternative to building from scratch.
