Integrated Coving - Technical Specification

MIDDAS integrated aluminium coving has been specifically developed to provide a curved, wipe-clean interface between our wall partition and ceiling systems that doesn't interfere with panel demountability. With MIDDAS flush coving for cleanrooms, individual wall panels can still be removed with the ceiling and coving in place, adding flexibility throughout the life of the facility.
Extruded from aluminum and finished in white PPC to match the wall and ceiling finish, the MIDDAS two-part coving system provides a rigid, cleanable interface between cleanroom partitions and ceilings.
Integrated Dado Rail - Technical Specification

MIDDAS flush integrated 3-compartment dado rail provides a flush, ledge-free channel for routing small power, data and process services (e.g., gasses). It is supplied with flush cover plates with factory-formed cut outs for service outlets.
Our flush dado has been fully fire tested and offers a 60-minute rating within the M100 FR60 partition system, fitted back-to-back in each bi-panel face (staggered). The unique design allows the MIDDAS M100 partitions to be removed with the dado in place, ensuring full flexibility through the life of a facility.
M-WOC Plank Ceiling - Technical Specification

The MIDDAS M-WOC walk-on plank ceiling system provides a durable, high-performance walk-on ceiling capable of self-spanning up to 4 metres, with infinite spanning capabilities when hung from a building structure or secondary frame. Evolved from our M65 monobloc wall system, the M-WOC plank system can accommodate factory prepared services for lighting and HVAC, and a range of access hatches are available to suit all requirements.

The MIDDAS M65 mono-bloc wall panel system has been designed as a cost-effective alternative to our bi-panel partitioning that still offers high levels of performance. The M65 system also has smooth, non-shedding, impervious finishes and clever design features including flush vision panels, pre-formed corners and flush door sets similar to our bi-panel range, and can accommodate services with optional factory-fitted channels.
