ImpactPUR is a two-component polyurethane adhesive which is used extensively in the hygienic cladding industry for bonding wall panels in showers & bathrooms, kitchens, clean rooms, hospitals, schools, etc. The formulation has been designed to give ease of mixing for notched trowel applications. This filled adhesive has been formulated for the bonding of uPVC and GRP sheets to most building substrates, including brickwork, plaster, concrete, blockwork, etc. Features - Part A - Polyurethane Paste, 3850 pois (approx.) - Part B - Low Viscosity Liquid (foil sachet in bucket) - Non flammable - Service temperature between -40°C and +130°C - Application temperature between +10°C and +30°C - Open time 10 minutes at 20°C - Resistant to water, dilute acids and alkalis and aliphatic oils

Impact's Hygienic Silicone is a premium quality, pure silicone for many construction and building uses. Neutral cure and almost odourless in use, it can be used for external window and door pointing (including PVC), expansion joint sealing in walls, bonding glass into frames, and many other sealing jobs. Wide colour range.
Impact HS2 Pure (sanitary) is again an almost odourless, premium grade silicone with a high powered fungicide to prevent mould growth. Impact HS2 Pure, has conformity to FDA CFR 21 177.2600 (e) making it safe for use in food preparation areas.

For hygienic wall cladding with PVC sheeting use 1 x 6.5Kg kit for every 2500mm sheet or 3m2 area (8ft sheet).

Impact Web Tack® aerosol adhesive bonds to a wide variety of materials giving rapid bond formation and is economical in use. It has a much higher temperature resistance than most aerosol adhesives. 90°C and up to 100°C for low stress applications.
Impact Web Tack® Aerosol bonds a wide variety of substrates including timber and timber based materials, HP laminates, composites, concrete, stone, tiles, many rubbers, most foams, metals, rigid plastics, polyethylene, canvas fabrics, cardboard, carpet and cork.
