The renowned London project developer Dukelease has renovated six historical buildings in the centre of London, and transformed them into 13 luxurious apartments and penthouses. Building complex at Fitzroy Place, London

Fitzroy Place is located right in the heart of London – in the district of Fitzrovia, just a few minutes from Oxford Street, Regent Street and Regent’s Park. This area has always attracted artists and creatives – and was once home to Charles Dickens, Arthur Rimbaud and Virginia Woolf. Fitzroy Place is a unique collection of new buildings, comprising apartments, shops, restaurants, cafés and office space, all organised around a green square. At the centre lies Fitzrovia Chapel, erected at the end of the 19th century.

Esslingen Hospice

Essoldo House, Chelsea

The adidas AG World of Sports had a state-of-the-art building constructed there under the leadership of the architects of kadawittfeldarchitektur. German School Madrid

Founded back in 1896, the German School Madrid is one of the oldest German international schools. In 2009, the Berlin-based office Grüntuch Ernst Architects won the competition to construct a new building. The result is a building which houses a nursery school, primary school and secondary school for approx. 300 nursery school children and 1,500 pupils.

The expansion of the headquarters of the global software company SAP in St. Ingbert near Saarbrücken was a sophisticated project. Selecting just any property outside the city was not an option. It was necessary for the property to have a central location. In previous times, a factory owner had already realised how charming the property was when he had his villa built there and an English park set up. Today, the villa is a listed historic building. Spicer's House in Oxshott

The small village of Oxshott lies to the south west of London. In the shadows of the capital, its inhabitants enjoy a rural quality of life. The idyllic hamlet has also become home to a truly exquisite presence: the Spicer's House. Built for a family, the mansion comes complete with a park in grounds spanning 0.2 acres. The Cottage redefined

In the village of Bentworth, the Spanish architectural practice AMPS Arquitectura & Diseño had the task of building a modern residential building adjacent to an existing farmhouse. The planners designed a slender building with a gabled roof that reinterprets the traditional form of a cottage. It takes up the typical local forms and the building material of dark wood – and becomes something new.The entire interior is stylish, minimalist and sustainable, with building services designed for maximum efficiency. This includes the use of selected Gira products, such as E2 pure white glossy, pushbutton sensor 3, Gira G1 and Gira HomeServer. The Pavilion residence in Blackheath, London

In the London district of Blackheath, the owners, the Coopers, began by purchasing a pagoda originally built by the architect Sir William Chambers (1723 – 1796) in the oriental style. For their retirement, however, they wanted a modern, energy-efficient home, while preferably staying in this green part of the city. A good friend of the family suggested building below the pagoda. The Tree House

The Tree House is a new build two bedroom house in London Ealing. Using primarily three exterior materials: grey brick, black timber and anthracite metalwork, the palette is simple where the rough brick contrasts the sharp black detailing. The simplicity and rawness of finishing is carried through to the internal fit out where brick walls, bespoke ash joinery, terrazzo tiles and delicate metal balustrades contribute to a comprehensive and confident vision. ThyssenKrupp Quarter

With the new construction of its company headquarters in Essen, ThyssenKrupp AG returned to the site of its corporate roots after a three-year construction phase. Covering a total of 230 hectares, the Krupp Belt is the completely new area built to join the administration buildings of the diversified industrial company which had previously been spatially separated. Tumle residential home near Gothenburg, Sweden

On a mountaintop overlooking the Skagerrak stands this black, hexagonal residence, where no two sides look alike: Tumle House. Its shape - an irregular hexagon - follows both the topography of the site and the preferences of the owner family. For planning and construction, they hired the architect Johannes Norlander. Even its location is one-of-a-kind: HafenCity Hamburg, on the Strandkai directly along the Elbe River, within sight of the Elbe Philharmonic Concert Hall on one side and the cruise ship terminal on the other. The Marco Polo Terraces are right around the corner. Unilever Germany has built its new corporate headquarters on this striking location of the currently largest inner-city construction project in Europe. University of Economics in Vienna

After just four years of construction, an unusual and extremely exciting campus was inaugurated in October 2013: the University of Economics in Vienna. Both the schedule and the budget of approximately 492 million Euros were successfully adhered to. Following the master plan by Vienna-based architects BUSarchitektur, six building complexes were created that were designed by six different international architects.
