The brief for this award-winning home was “modern, different and energy efficient”, and the Architect certainly delivered! The owners of this striking new home in Lincolnshire had travelled extensively abroad and become very appreciative of modern architectural design. Returning to live in the UK, they recognised the opportunity to build their new home in a style and to a standard of their choosing, rather than accept the standard packages offered by the mainstream housebuilders. Having visited a Passivhaus project near Lincoln, they concluded their new home should be as energy efficient as possible within the budget.

Lower Cottage Farm is built on an elevated hillside location in Lancashire. The clients purchased a derelict farm and outbuildings which they replaced with a modern, state-of-the-art family home, designed to resemble a farmhouse and barn conversions.

Class winner in RIBA’s Yorkshire White Rose Awards 2008 was Sharrow Road School in Sheffield, where the active interest of the staff and pupils also earned them the title of "Yorkshire Client of the Year".

Tabard Square is a landmark project of 572 new homes, retail and commercial premises.Its centrepiece is the Pavilion Restaurant, set in the largest public square built in London since the Victorian era and BecoWallform provided the most practical and economic solution for the realisation of this unique building.
