A stone's throw from St. Paul’s Cathedral, in 2018, 55 Gresham Street was remodelled from its late 20th-century origin into a modern office building that remains in keeping with its majestic surroundings.BCM GRC supplied Portland-coloured columns and spandrels to the development, in addition to the soffit panels which create a feature above the main entrance.

Alexander Stadium in Birmingham underwent significant redevelopment in 2021, ahead of staging the Commonwealth Games in the summer of 2022.BCM GRC supplied GRC to the internal and external areas of the new main stand, including the debossed lettered panels on the stand's exterior which display the stadium's name.Images were taken by ShinePix on behalf of Birmingham City Council

BCM GRC have provided a variety of GRC elements to the residential blocks of Berkeley Homes' prestigious West End Gate project on Edgware Road in London.To date, BCM have supplied GRC banding, copings, and window reveals to various levels of Blocks B, C, D, E, and F of the project, and we are currently in the process of manufacturing panels for Block G.

BCM are proud to have supplied GRC to the prestigious Berkeley: St George London Dock development in Wapping, London.The development comprises 1,800 high-end new homes and spans seven-and-a-half acres of landscaped open spaces.BCM started with the supply of Block C1 in 2019, providing the GRC components of the 26-storey tower, which featured approximately 4,000m2 of GRC on its façade. We went on to supply an additional 1,200m2 to Blocks C2 and C3, with manufacture commencing on those blocks in 2020.As of early 2024, we're currently in the process of manufacturing GRC panels for Block F, with discussions in place for our continued supply of material to the development, and the project's next phase, Block G.

In 2016, BCM GRC supplied the Victoria Gate Shopping Centre in Leeds, a project designed to resemble a modern Victorian arcade. The triangular-profiled GRC surrounding the main entrance had a preformed mitred junction, specifically designed to aid installation and still look great.A stunning example of GRC in use, Victoria Gate was earning international recognition shortly after its doors had opened. It was crowned the BEST shopping centre in the world at the MIPIM Awards in Cannes in March 2017!

A large new-build office in the heart of Bristol, the Halo development features sandstone-coloured GRC fins and spandrels supplied by BCM GRC as the focal point of its eye-catching façade.Completed in December 2022, Halo was the first office building outside of London to achieve BREEAM Outstanding certification against new sustainability assessment criteria, making it one of the UK's most sustainable offices.The GRC we supplied to Halo was expertly installed by our partner installer, Henley Stone.

The new Zara megastore at the Trinity Shopping Centre in Leeds City Centre was completed in 2024, adorned with an impressive entrance of high-quality GRC panels - supplied by BCM GRC!Installed by our partner installer Henley Stone Specialists, the project included curved GRC fascias above the store's entrance, a beautifully finished lid above the lower fascia, and GRC cladding to the columns flanking the entrance on either side.

The MET Quarter Shopping Centre in Liverpool underwent refurbishment in late 2018, and we were immensely proud to have supplied the eye-catching GRC on this project, which surrounded the retailer entrances.

33 Charterhouse Street – now known as The JJ Mack Building –  is one of London’s most stylish and sustainable new office buildings, completed in 2022.BCM GRC supplied the intricate, fluted panels that line the ground floor reception area, as well as the cool grey feature panels of the building's lift lobbies – all of which were expertly installed by our partner installer, Henley Stone.

In 2022, BCM supplied grey GRC cladding to 'The Church Inn' in Manchester, a project which converted the vacant site of a former pub into much-needed student accommodation.The jewel in Church Inn's architectural crown is the large debossed lettering at the top of each of the building's four elevations, which – nine stories high – creates a landmark visible across the MMU campus and from The University of Manchester.The GRC we supplied to Church Inn was expertly installed by our partner installer, Henley Stone.

BCM were delighted to supply GRC to Charterhouse School's award-winning new Science & Mathematics Centre in 2018.The project in Godalming, Surrey was the South East winner at the RIBA Regional Awards in 2019.

BCM provided GRC to the façades of two new buildings that formed part of the Hornsey Town Hall redevelopment in 2021 and 2022.Both the Ayres Building and the Uren Building contained high-end apartments situated in blocks that complimented the architectural style of the neighbouring Grade II listed Town Hall and library.

BCM supplied these striking GRC ‘picture surrounds’ to the balconies of a residential development now known as Orwell House, on Baroness Road in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.The chequerboard pattern of the surrounds echoes the design of the blocks of the original estate, but their terracotta colour provides the new block with a radical, modern façade. The surrounds were expertly installed by BCM's partner installer, Henley Stone, who completed their installation in early 2020.
