These aluminium lift and slide doors accommodate huge panes of glass, to maximise light and minimise lines. Lift and slide doors use a different mechanism from traditional sliding patio doors. The doors reside down in the sliding track, only being lifted onto the rollers when the doors are moved. Thus the structure and mechanism can withstand larger door weights and glass sizes. Each lift and slide door panel can span 3m high and 2.7 wide, and weigh up to 400kg, yet can still be opened with ease. A choice of thresholds is available, including a low profile to meet accessibility requirements. These doors offer exceptional insulation, and theres also a High Insulation option.
