The Raaft Substructure System creates a simple, smart, and effective, platform on which the rest of the terrace can be built, and in doing so overcomes a number of key design and construction challenges. By using aluminium joists and adjustable pedestals the framework is quickly set out, easily levelled and final surfaces rapidly installed.
