Various areas have failed and lifted due to debonding and splits at the top of the valley gutter single ply membrane. Various areas of corrosion were also appearing on the metal roof. It was only the laps and joins and split areas needed to be reinforced. Alltimes Advantage® for Gutters applied, Advantage® Sealant was also used along with reinforcement fleece onto the Single Ply Membrane. A single coat of Advantage® for Gutters and Alltimes Advantage® Graphene applied to cut edge corrosion areas.
