2. Insect Mesh - from 1200mm wide

Standard Insect Mesh is made from woven fibreglass yarn, coated in PVC. It is available in a range of gauges from standard 18x16 to close weave 20x30 gauge. Commercial Insect Mesh is made from woven polyester yarn, coated in PVC. It is thicker and tougher than standard mesh and is available in 17x14 gauge. Aluminium & Stainless Steel meshes are also available. Insect Mesh is normally available in either grey or black. Roll width is normally 1200mm but some meshes are available in wider rolls. Mesh can be bought by the metre, subject to a minimum quantity, or by the whole roll. Insect Mesh allows natural ventilation, light and provides effective protection from flying insects with minimal obstruction to the view.
