SRH Roof Hatch with Thermal Brake - Surespan

Thermally broken Premium Roof Hatches provide safe and convenient access to a roof. These Roof Hatches are leading the way with an entirely unique design, manufactured from Aluminium for enhanced thermal insulation. The 300mm upstand is filled with 50mm insulation and has a purpose made flashing clips to accept the roof felt to make it weatherproof. It comes complete with a gas spring assisted opening and incorporates a safety hold open stay to prevent accidental closure. Insulated to a U Value 0.43 W/m²K, 50mm CFC and HCFC free polyisocyanurate insulation and a thermally broken lid and upstand.
