Smoke detection technology suitable for all building applications
Smoke detection technology suitable for all building applications
The Series 200 Advanced Protocol supports more devices on the loop with extended control, configurability, and device management, allowing optimisation according to building layout and application. The 22051E optical smoke detector incorporates a redesigned detection chamber to improve responsiveness, minimise sensitivity drift from dust, and reduce unwanted alarms from insect ingress and debris.
The unit contains processing circuitry with smoothing filters to suppress transient noise and embedded algorithms to enhance false alarm immunity and detection speed. Two integral tri-colour LEDs provide 360° visual status indication, programmable for static or pulsing red, amber, or green signals. All Series 200 Advanced detectors comply with WEEE and RoHS requirements and are mechanically and electrically backwards compatible with Series 200 plus devices.
