Curved Roof (CR), secret-fix, shallow-profiled, polyisocyanurate insulated roofing system with steel panels and raised side joints.

Features and benefits:

• Upstand profile along panel side joint with minor profiles across the panel width.
• Secret-fix appearance is created by elevated and capped fasteners clipped on site.
• Panels are immune to attack from mould, fungi, mildew and vermin.
• No urea-formaldehyde is used in the construction.
• Panels are not deleterious.
• Cover width: 1000 mm.

FIREsafe system:

• Reaction to fire classification according to BS EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009: B-s2,d0.
• LPS 1181: 2014: Part 1: Issue 1.2, series of fire growth tests for LPCB approval and is certified to LPS 1181 Grade EXT-B.

• Maintenance and inspection free external coating: 40 years. Manufacturer’s external coating warranty to be available on project completion and be fully transferrable for future changes of building ownership.
