Heritage Shelters are traditionally styled waiting shelters made from modern materials, providing a low-maintenance waiting shelter with optional features such as timetable boards and integrated perch seating. The shelters are supplied with spigoted legs that can be adjusted to compensate for an uneven base, or set into concrete pockets below the ground.

For public transport applications, the Heritage Waiting Shelter range can be adapted in size and configuration to meet the needs of disabled persons, particularly wheelchair users, in accordance with the relevant Department for Transport guidelines.
