FlipFix Easy Install Plasterboard Door Beaded Frame Access Panels are for use as an access hatch, for application into plasterboard walls and ceilings from 8–32 mm thickness, including double boards. Will fit into the structural membrane of a joint-less plasterboard wall and ceiling system.

Designed for inspection purposes in areas where regular maintenance to services is required, rather than personnel access - consult manufacturer for details.

This panel is not acoustic or air pressure tested.

FlipFix Easy Install Plasterboard Door Beaded Frame Access Panels (exceed fd30 and fd60 fire door specification) are the easiest access panels to install on the market due to the unique FlipFix fitting device.

Fitting requires no battening out of the structural opening due to the unique FlipFix device which clamps the frame on to the rear of the plasterboard. It is manufactured with a beaded frame for tape and jointing/skim-coat plastering. The panels door leaf is locked in place via a budget lock as standard other lock options are available upon request.

Meets a minimum requirement of FR-30 and FR-60 specification.

Please Note: the structural opening is at least 5 mm larger than the panel size, back of frame size. E.G a 600 x 600 mm panel size requires a 605 x 605 mm hole size.
