Description
The Xtrafire XFS4 is a fire rated pre-stressed concrete lintel with a 100 x 100 mm profile, available in a range of lengths and with a R60, R90 or R120 minute fire rating. Xtrafire lintels are a single cast product with no additional coating and can easily be fixed into on site. These lintels extremely durable and have enhanced green credentials.

- Design is based on performance-based testing.
- Materials comply with BS EN 206 and BS 8500.
- The pre-stressing wire complies with BS 5896.
