A range of pressure-locked gratings made in steel and stainless steel with a serrated bar, designed to provide anti-slip properties for a wide variety of industrial applications.

Features and benefits:

• Framed panels are manufactured to custom sizes.
• Floor treads and landings are made for all grating types.
• PLS: All steel panels and support steelwork are supplied hot-dip galvanized with an option for an additional polyester powder coating to any RAL colour.
• PLSS/ serrated: All steel support steelwork is supplied hot-dip galvanized with an option for an additional polyester powder coating to any RAL colour.

Pressure Locked Gratings (Type-PLS):

• Pressed gratings manufactured exclusively from flat bars.
• Made with either a serrated transverse bar and plain flat bearing bar, or with both a serrated transverse bar and serrated bearing bar in the following apertures: 33 x 11, 44 x 11, 55 x 11 and 66 x 11 mm.
• The bearing bar can vary from 25 x 2 mm to 150 x 4 mm and the transverse bar from 10 x 2 mm to 20 x 4 mm, to meet different loading/ span requirements.

Serrated Stainless Steel Gratings (Type PLSS/ serrated):

• Pressed gratings which are manufactured from serrated bearing bars and plain flat transverse bars.
• Available in the following apertures: 25 x 25, 33 x 11, 55 x 11, 33 x 33, 33 x 66 and 66 x 11 mm.
• The bearing bar can vary from 20 x 2 mm to 70 x 3 mm and the transverse bar from 10 x 2 mm to 10 x 3 mm, for different loading/span requirements.
