Description

Armourcoat Acoustic Plaster has been designed to optimize the acoustics of interior spaces by significantly reducing reverberation, creating a calm and pleasant environment. It is available in a 48 mm system (sound absorption Class A) and a 28 mm system (sound absorption Class B), both with a seamless natural marble finish.


The system comprises of a mineral wool composite panel pre-coated with an acoustic plaster basecoat that is bonded to the substrate and finished with a seamless layer of the Armourcoat Acoustic Plaster.

  • Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) rating Class A-B.
  • Fire rating EN13501: A2-s1,d0, Class 0 BS 476 part 6&7, Class A - ASTM E84.
  • Recycled content 72-75%.
  • VOC Content - ISO 11890-2: <1.
  • VOC Emissions – Indoor Air Comfort: Pass, French VOC Regulations: A, ABG/AgBB: Pass, BREEAM International: Exemplary Level, LEED v4.1 Beta Emissions: Pass, CDPH Method v1.2: between 0.5 and 5.0 mg/m³ Passes requirement for classroom and office use.
  • Resistant to bacteria. Mould Growth: 10, No Defacement - ASTM D3273.
  • Environmental Production Declaration (EPD) certification.
  • Health Product Declaration (HPD) certification.
  • LEED certification.
  • Up to 200 m² in a continuous surface without joints.
  • Factory prepared base panels ready for immediate installation.
  • Seamless finish with exceptional acoustic performance.
  • Four standard colours available. Bespoke colours and custom effects available on request.
