Description
These ligature resistant polycarbonate safety mirrors are used in harsh corrections and mental health environments. This product is designed to minimise the risk of self-harm or harm to others.
Features and benefits:
- Virtually unbreakable. Manufactured from 6 mm thick polycarbonate. Approximately 200 times stronger than glass.
- Ligature resistant design.
- Supplied with a scratch-resistant coating as standard. Benefits include improved abrasion and chemical resistance.
- Fixed with anti-tamper stainless steel fixings and double sided tape around the perimeter to prevent insertions. Alternatively, these mirrors can be supplied without the tape to allow for adhesive fixing.
- Designed with a 3 mm edge radius with a flat section to facilitate anti-pick mastic.
