Features and benefits:

• Available with backset 50 or 70 mm.
• Upright mortice locking latch with cylinder outside and lock-back inside, for use when automatic deadlocking is required during controlled periods. Internal cylinder is used for lock-back which is therefore fully controlled.
• Supplied with striking plate.
• Split Follower Lock; incorporates different and separate functions on either side of the door.
• Externally, both latchbolts are retracted with key; the lower latchbolt is retracted with handle.
• Internally, both latchbolts are retracted with lever handle.
• The lock-back mechanism in the face plate has the following functions: Upper latchbolt is locked back with inside key.
