Application
Suitability
- Suitable for seamless internal application to walls and ceilings.
- Substrates must adhere to a tolerance of ±1 mm in 1m or ±2 mm in 3m.
- Expansion joints are required for areas longer than 10m or exceeding 40m².
Substrate requirements:
- One layer, 12 mm plywood with one layer, 12.5 mm foil-backed plasterboard.
- One layer, 12 mm plywood with oil-based primer, one layer, 12.5 mm plasterboard.
- Two layers Hardie Villaboard.
- Two layers Bluclad board.
- One layer of Euroform Versapanel with one layer of plasterboard.

Description
Armourcoat Sculptural Plaster is a pre-cast panel system that creates seamless three-dimensional wall surfaces. Each design can be finished in a range of decorative surface finishes, from matt emulsion paint to pearlescent decorative paint and for some designs, polished plaster.
The system is completely non-combustible and contains zero VOCs.
