The new design of the Surespan SRHP Premium Roof Access Hatch features thermally broken sections and an insulated lid filled with 75 mm PIR Insulation that achieves 0.26 W/m²K as standard, complete with a 300 mm insulated curb liner included in the price.

The Surespan Roof Hatch has a unique design, manufactured from aluminium for enhanced thermal insulation.

The Surespan Roof Access Hatch comes complete with a gas spring assisted opening and incorporates a safety hold open stay to prevent accidental closure.

The Surespan Roof Access Hatch is available in a mill finish (aluminium) as standard, however can be powder coated tin almost any RAL colour inside and out if required (powder coating will add 1-2 weeks to the delivery time).
