Application

BRIGi® Foam, Structural Insulation Construction Foam designed to reduce thermal bridging. Can be used in a wide range of applications:

  • New build, Retrofitting & Renovation - Low energy related construction.
  • NHBC compliant, thermal bridge free solution
  • Can replace timber battens where thermal bridging occurs.
  • Cavity filler, sills / jambs and independent lintels.
  • Perimeter flanking and insulation
  • Suitable in door thresholds (DIN 4108, S2).
  • Thermal bridge-free installation of windows (DIN 4108, S2).
  • Window install and projection, continuity of external insulation line.
  • Integration with EWI Systems.
  • Internal separation - walls / wet rooms.
  • Roofline support and sealing.
  • Loadbearing applications up to 200kgs per M
  • Helps to reduce Condensation in both surface / thermal transmittance and Interstitial / Build up
  • Works with all construction types - Steel/LGSF/Hybrid, Timber and traditional
  • Adhesive to suit, giving a structural bond
  • Can be fixed with mechanical fastners
  • Can be laminated to greater thickness'

BRIGI®Foam - Thermal Bridging and Structural Insulation.

  • Thermal bridging/separation DIN 4102-S2.
  • Internal and external use.
