A non fire rated steel door access panel that provides access through jointless plaster, plasterboard walls and partitions and suspended ceilings where access to concealed mechanical and electrical services is required. The panels can be manufactured in any size from 150 x 150 mm up to a maximum of 600 x 1200 mm in single door configuration.

Beaded frame (BF):
- The beaded frame edge profile is suitable for ceilings where the panel is being installed prior to any tape and jointing or skim-coat plastering.
Picture frame (PF):
- The picture frame edge profile is suitable for retro-fit to ceilings where the panel is being installed after finishing work is complete.
- The panel is factory finished fully powder-coated in white matt RAL 9010 for finishing on site.
- Picture frame (PF) type is available with a modified frame for installation into 60 mm sandwich panel demountable structure.
Variation reference – 9000/BF/PC or SL:
- Frame: 1.2 mm thick, factory welded electro-galvanized carbon steel with concealed beaded frame (BF) for plaster finishing. Finished powder-coated semi-gloss white all over and fitted with rubber compressible gasket to all sides.
- Door: 0.9 mm thick electro-galvanized carbon steel flush door tray fitted with fully adjustable hinges and finished powder-coated semi-gloss white all over as standard.
- Locks: Concealed push catches (PC), concealed budget lock (BL) or security lock (SL) fitted to the rear of the frame/ door.
Variation reference – 9000/PF/PC or SL:
- As above options but with visible 25 mm picture frame surrounding the retro fitting. This type is also available with a modified frame depth for installation into 60 mm sandwich panel demountable structure.
