A pressure-locked range of gratings, which is characterized by a rectangular aperture. The process of pressure-locking produces a material with perfectly formed intersections between the vertical and horizontal flat bars, resulting in an aesthetic grating for vertical applications. The flexibility of this method of manufacture means that production can be readily adapted to provide gratings to individual specifications of weight, aperture and performance.
