ZB-SM is a surface-mounted EPDM seal for floor expansion joints, featuring side ramped wings to allow vehicles to easily pass over the joint. This highly durable and watertight system is designed for use in car park and stadia applications and suits both new builds and refurbishments.

Suitable for retrofitting to existing car parks where existing covers have failed or worn, ZB-SM is simple to install and requires very little maintenance.

• Horizontal movement: up to ±50 mm.
• Vertical movement: up to ±15 mm.
• Lateral movement: up to ±15 mm.
• Load capability: 1000 kg point load.
• Main seal nosing thickness: 19 mm. The ramped side wings create a smooth transition over the joint cover.
• Extruded EPDM seal for surface mounting, supplied complete with ramped wings.
• Highly durable and watertight.

• Compatible with concrete or paving finishes (standard sealant supplied with the product cannot be used with bituminous finishes).

Fixing:

• Floor: Installed using manufacturer-supplied high-strength epoxy adhesive.
• Wall angle: Fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres.
